Marcus Ebert strengthens the management of the Teutoburger Wald Eisenbahn.

RDC Deutschland Group strengthens itself for the reactivation project

One month after the acquisition of Teutoburger Wald Eisenbahn GmbH and Farge-Vegesacker Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft mbH, the RDC Deutschland Group appoints Marcus Ebert as Managing Director. The 41-year-old lawyer joined RDC Deutschland as General Counsel on 1 November and has extensive expertise in the railway industry. Since 2012, he has held various leadership positions within the Deutsche Bahn Group in both the national and international markets. Among other responsibilities, he oversaw rail projects in the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. Since 1 December 2024, Ebert has formed the management duo with Henrik Wilkening. His legal and operational skills range from rail project development to strategic infrastructure privatisation and integrated mobility; particularly regarding the Harsewinkel-Gütersloh-Verl reactivation project, Marcus Ebert brings extensive knowledge.
