In 1987, Henry Posner III (photo below) founded the family-owned investment and management company, Railroad Development Corporation (RDC), which invests in railways and railway companies worldwide. The focus is on bold and ambitious partnerships. For nearly four decades, RDC has been investing in and operating railway systems in emerging markets across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Africa. The headquarters of Railroad Development Corporation is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
